Admission

The New Orleans Glassworks & Printmaking Studio is the only institution in the Greater New Orleans Region where admission is completely free-of-charge.

Our open-working studios, free hands-on daily demonstrations, and gallery are open year-round to visitors, and afford a diversity of breathtaking activities for all ages, and interests.

Location

The New Orleans Glassworks & Printmaking Studio is located on 700 block of historically-celebrated Magazine Street in New Orleans’s Arts District, and is less than a 15-minute walk from all major hotels. Furthermore, visitors will find we are conveniently surrounded by New Orleans’s most famous restaurants and museums.

Hours

Unless otherwise noted, the New Orleans Glassworks & Printmaking Studio is open six days a week, Monday through Saturday, 10:00 am to 5:30 pm.

We are closed Sundays and for the following holidays:

  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day
  • New Years Day
  • Mardi Gras Day

Summer Hours

For the months of June, July, and August, the New Orleans Glassworks & Printmaking Studio is open Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Extended Holiday Hours

For the months of November and December, the New Orleans Glassworks has Extended Holiday Hours, and is open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
