On Saturday, March 25 until Monday, March 26, come join us in a spring celebration featuring sugar blowing demonstrations and classes. Hands on instructions will be given to create a white Dove with a flowing ribbon, a spring Rose, or a Parrot Tulip. Once you’ve learned the basics, the possibilities are endless!
For the baking enthusiasts from ages 16 to 90 who have always wanted to create their own blown sugar decorations for cakes, cupcakes and cookies, or pastry chefs with commission orders, the sugar blowing workshops will be held on Saturday March 25, Sunday March 26, & Monday March 27 with four hour classes offered each day from 9am - 1pm or 2pm - 6pm.
